Inspiration: Going Out for A Shoot8/14/2012
It's the month of August once again and our city of Davao will soon be celebrating its Kadayawan Festival. This festival is one of the most awaited festivals in the city and it is usually done as a thanksgiving for all the bountiful graces and blessings received by the city. One of the highlights of the festival is the Indak-Indak sa Kadalanan or what we commonly know as a street parade. Different schools and tribes will showcase their ethnic dances, not to mention the vast color of props and costumes making this street parade a very photogenic event. For sure, the streets of Davao will be crowded with spectators and most of all, photographers, who are dying to get their money shots on this event.
Here's another inspiration for all the stylish ladies who are planning to shoot outdoor events. One doesn't have to be over the top when going out for a shoot, and the main priority will always be comfort without skipping the fashion sense. It is important to keep your arms covered from the sun without getting too wrapped out or it might put you at risk for heat exhaustion. Lastly, don't forget your most essential gear: YOUR CAMERA!
